Terms of service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of jgs.boutique (the "Store") and to any purchase you make from it. The Store is operated by JGS Salon, 9472 NE 2nd Ave, Miami Shores, FL 33138 ("we", "us", or "our"), and runs on Shopify. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you check out.
2. Products
We sell professional hair care products, including the Rene Furterer line. We make every effort to describe and show products accurately, but packaging, colors and formulations may vary from the images shown. Products are for external use as directed on the label. Test a small amount first if you have sensitive skin or known allergies, and stop use if irritation occurs. Nothing in the Store is medical advice.
3. Prices and Availability
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, or if a price or description is listed in error, we may cancel the affected item and issue a full refund for it.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. You will receive an order confirmation email, and the order is accepted when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or exceed reasonable quantities; if we cancel after payment, we will refund you in full.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your full card details. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.
6. Taxes
Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping address.
7. Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility; if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
8. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final, except as described in our Refund Policy: unopened, unused and unaltered products in their original, intact packaging may be returned when requested within 14 days of delivery, and damaged or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery will be replaced or refunded.
9. Intellectual Property
All Store content, including text, photographs, graphics and logos, belongs to JGS Salon or its licensors. Product names and trademarks, including Rene Furterer, belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse Store content without our written permission.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The Store relies on third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors and shipping carriers, and may link to other websites, including our salon site at jgs.salon. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
11. Disclaimer
The Store is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, other than those stated in these Terms or required by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted on this page.
