Refund policy

All sales are final. Returns are accepted only for products that are unopened, unused, and unaltered, in their original, intact packaging. To request a return, reply to your order confirmation email within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it.
